If all parts are there and you have not caused any damage, the phone will be reassembled the day we receive it and there will be no additional charges. Almost all repairs can be completed while you wait – in 30 minutes or less. The only repairs that can not be completed while you wait are those which we have to order the part(s) for or water damage service. Water damaged devices generally need to be dropped of for at least 24 hours to 48 hours No we do not. We have our own SIM cards to test your phone with. Absolutely yes ! Yes, all cell phone repairs except iPhones carry a 180 day parts and labor warranty which means that if you have any issues related to the repair within the first 180 days, we will take care of them free of charge! iPhone cell phone repairs come with a lifetime warranty!  **This warranty does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear or misuse of the device**
Apple Inc. does not manufacture any parts. They are only a design and engineering company. The parts Apple uses in its iPhone are bought from Chinese vendors and assembled in China. Many of the parts we use come from similar vendors in China. Therefore, even though we cannot claim that we use Apple parts, we can say that they adhere to similarly strict OEM specifications when manufactured so we are often unable to tell the difference.

If there is no pass code on the laptop/desktop/gaming console, it hinders our ability to test all the functions of your device including the OS. Therefore, please provide your pass code with your device while seinding it in for a a repair. If you do not wish to provide your passcode, certain device functions such as wi-fi and Bluetooth cannot be tested or guaranteed to work. We will not be able to check the computers for viruses or any other malicious content if the computer is passcode protected. Yes Yes, the HDMI port repairs come with 30-day warranty which means that if you have any issues related to the HDMI repair within the first 30 days, we will take care of them free of charge!  **This warranty does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear or misuse of the device.**

Yes, absolutely! Just please call one of our Mission techs at 204.800.2460 to make the appropriate arrangements. you are more than welcome to bring the device in or send it through, Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator, etc. Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost in transit back to the customers if they supply their own shipping label or shipping account. Absolutely. Salt in water is very corrosive and can be very damaging to electronic devices so there is no reason why you should not send or check in your device in person for a water damage repair. Our success rate in water damage repair is lower than that of a device which has been dropped in some other liquid but there is still a good chance that it can be repaired. First and foremost, do not attempt to turn the device on as that can cause a serious short circuit. Please do not use the hair dryer to blow air on your phone or laptop or any other device either, as this hot air can damage the internal circuits and components of your device. Next, please send or bring your device in to Mission Repair Centre for our water damage service. The sooner we receive it, our chances of repairing it rise substantially. Though the device can sometimes begin working again on its own after it has become wet, it is very uncommon and unlikely. It is more likely that the corrosion and residue deposits will begin to form on the logic board or the mother board making the repair process more difficult. We recommend sending or checking the device in as soon as possible even if it still wet as our chance for repairing it substantially increases, the sooner we receive it. Yes. Although only one function may not be working, it could be caused by a variety of things. For instance, if your home button is not functioning properly in your cell phone, the issue may be caused by the home button flex, the lower dock connector assembly, the Logic board, or any combination of the three since the phone was water damaged. If the device has not been water damaged, a home button issue is almost always caused by the home button flex. However, as the phone has been water damaged, standard rules do not apply. This is why we offer a water damage service specially tailored for water damaged devices. Water damage repair generally takes between 24 and 72 hours to complete, depending on the level of damage. This estimate can however vary depending on the extent of the damage to the logic board and other components If we are unable to repair your water damaged device, you will still be responsible for the water damage service charges as our techs will be spending a fair amount of time opening and cleaning your device. You will also be required to pay for return shipping if you want us to ship the device back to you. However, if your device could not be repaired and you do not want it back or do not wish to pay for return shipping, we will be happy to recycle it at our repair facility. Our water damage repair service includes a 30-day warranty so if you experience any water related issues caused by initial water damage within the first 30 days, you will be covered. Our 30-day warranty covers any issues caused by initial water damage which were addressed during repair. The warranty does not include any subsequent water damage or further accidental damage to the device.
Yes, any non-responsiveness you are experiencing with your phone due to a drop will be corrected by the Glass & Digitizer repair, as the Digitizer that is being replaced is a part responsible for all touch functionality. If the actual screen of your phone is white, looks like it’s bleeding or has any dead pixels, then you’re going to need to opt for the LCD & Glass repair as your LCD has suffered irreversible damage. Still not sure? Send a picture of your phone while it is turned on to info@missionrepaircentre.ca and we will do our best to diagnose it. Yes, glass replacement service will replace the entire glass face, so extent of glass damage does not matter. Yes, all parts and repair services include a 180-day warranty. This warranty covers only the part(s) that were replaced. It does not cover any subsequent damage to the phone or components that were not replaced, iPhone Glass and screen repair comes with a lifetime warranty !  **This warranty does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear or misuse of the device.**
Please ship your Cell Phone/Tablet/Gaming Console/Laptop/Desktop to our mail in service location at:  Mission Repair Centre  Please include your name, phone and/or order number so that we can quickly locate your device and begin the repair when it arrives at our repair facility. Once the cell phone/tablet/gaming console/laptop/desktop has been repaired, we will return it back to the shipping address initially specified by you. Absolutely.
